I find their sizing pretty true to size, maybe a tiny bit on the smaller side for some things, but not drastically. If you're usually M, I'd probably stick with that.

Yeah, agree with above. I'm usually a S and their S fits me well, not super roomy or anything. But it's not like crazy small where you need to size up two sizes, you know?

Returns are pretty straightforward. You just send it back within a certain number of days, I think 14, and get a refund. Did it once for a sweater that was too big.

They ship worldwide, yeah. I got a jacket delivered to California a few months ago. Took about a week and a half, I think, and shipping wasn't too bad for an international order.
